These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of boostmobimedia.com (the "Site") and any services offered by BoostMobi Media ("BoostMobi Media", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
BoostMobi Media provides digital and performance marketing services, including but not limited to performance marketing, search engine optimization, paid search and social advertising, content and creative production, app and web growth services, and marketing automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement will be set out separately in a proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties, which will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, the BoostMobi Media name and mark, and design elements, is the property of BoostMobi Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
While we apply industry best practice, data-led strategy and continuous optimization to every campaign, marketing performance is influenced by factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, and client-side product, pricing or operational factors. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, conversion rates or revenue outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing in a separate service agreement.
Fees, payment schedules and any ad-spend budgets for client engagements will be specified in the relevant proposal or agreement. Ad spend on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) is separate from our service fees unless otherwise stated, and is subject to the terms of those respective platforms.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or strategic information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Our services and Site may involve or link to third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Instagram. We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies or performance of these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoostMobi Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, or a service engagement, in the event of a material breach of these Terms or the relevant service agreement, subject to any notice period specified in that agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
